Directions and Parking
Unloading maps and directions to your residence hall will be posted here in July.
Parking lots around residential areas on Move-In Day are reserved as unloading zones only. Large vehicles, including trailers, are not permitted in unloading zones. You should plan on bringing one car to campus on Move-In Day. We also encourage you to limit the number of people helping you move in as possible. We will have designated parking lots on lower campus for you to park after you are done unloading. Shuttles will run throughout the day to bring you back to your residence hall to finish unpacking and to get settled in!
Assigned Arrival Times
Fall move-in will occur over multiple days during Move-In Week (August 18, 19 & 20) to support physical distancing. Move-in times are assigned by the area a resident lives in. This is the day and time that residents should plan to arrive on campus to check in to their room. Additional information logistics about arrival, parking, and possible coronavirus test administration will be shared via email in early August. Students who have existing travel plans to arrive to campus on August 20 will be accommodated.
The last day to request an early arrival is July 20, 2020.
Early Arrivals: Students who will be arriving to campus early (August 14-17) should do so only after being approved through our office. To schedule an early arrival, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Students participating in early arrival will be charged $40/day.
Late Arrivals: Students who are unable to move-in at their assigned move-in time may sign up for an arrival time after August 20. Sign up to check in at the front desk in your area using an online form:
- Peterson Heritage Center (Benchmark Plaza, Chapel Glen, Gateway Heights, Officers Circle, Sage Point, Shoreline Ridge, & Downtown Commons residents)
- Lassonde Studios
- Marriott Honors Community
- Kahlert Village
