Location: Downtown Commons 1 is located on 349 E 1st Avenue in the historic and vibrant avenues of downtown Salt Lake City. Nearby downtown happenings include; City Creek Mall, Temple Square, Harmon’s Grocery, and more. Campus is accessible by bus routes and TRAX light rail system. Students are able to use their student ID to ride the bus and TRAX light rail system at no additional charge.

Description: The Downtown Commons 1 apartments include private bedrooms within two- or three-bedroom apartments. Each space also includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Individuals who live in these apartments are not required to have a meal plan, but may select one if they would like. These apartments have a Community Manager who supports the residents and provides opportunities to connect residents with the events taking place downtown.
